What We’re Seeking
Atomic is looking for an experienced, operationally efficient food partner, not a traditional sit‑down restaurant tenant.
Ideal partner characteristics:
- Fast‑casual concept optimized for speed, volume, and consistency
- Ability to operate across daytime, concert nights, and late‑night (up to 3:00am)
- Limited, high‑impact menu that scales during peak event surges
- Proven experience in music venues, nightlife, or high‑volume environments
- Willingness to support and prioritize private events and catering
- Strong collaboration mindset aligned with Atomic’s brand and operations
